Refund and Returns Policy

Replacement

Conditions for Replacement clearly state the conditions under which a customer is eligible for a replacement. This may include issues such as login errors, or other valid reasons as per MyOttStore guidelines.

  • Within 24hrs, customers must report any issues and request a replacement. 
  • Proof of purchase is required for processing replacement requests. This could be an order confirmation email, invoice, or any other proof of transaction.
  • Replacement will be processed within 48 hours, or raise ticket via customer support.

Refunds

You have 24 hours from the date of purchase to request a refund.

Once we receive your return request, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team via customer support.

Please provide the following information in your refund request:

  • Issue 
  • Order Id
  • Transaction Proof

 If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund through Payment or Store Coupons.
